Welcome to Player 3, a platform that empowers independent game developers to monetize their work, share content, and build communities.
By accessing or using Player 3 ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform

1. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Player 3. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian

2. Monetization and Fee

Player 3 allows developers to earn money through memberships and donations.

• The platform takes a 10% fee on all membership transactions. This does not include additional transaction or payment processing fees, which may be charged by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
• For donations, Player 3 charges a reduced 5% fee, also excluding third-party transaction fees.
• Player 3 issues payouts through Stripe on the 15th of each month for available earnings.
  Payout timing may vary due to Stripe processing, bank delays, or account verification. It is the creator’s responsibility to ensure their Stripe account is connected and active. Player 3 is not liable for delays caused by third-party providers.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases on Player 3 — including memberships, donations, and any other payments — are final.
NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions or support. We encourage supporters to review creator content before making any financial contribution.

4. Content and Conduct

Users may post text, images, video embeds, and other media ("Bits") to their profile. You are solely responsible for any content you upload. The following content is prohibited:

• Hate speech or harassment
• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Malware, viruses, or harmful scripts
• Illegal or infringing material
• Player 3 reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Username and Profile URL Policy

Player 3 reserves the right to modify, reclaim, or restrict any username or profile URL at our sole discretion if we believe it infringes on the intellectual property rights of a third party — including, but not limited to, registered trademarks, business names, or legal entities.
This applies even if the name was initially claimed in good faith. We may alter the URL, disable the profile, or request that the user choose an alternative name to avoid confusion or legal conflict.

6. Creator Responsibility

Creators are responsible for: Fulfilling any promised benefits tied to memberships

• Accurately representing their content and offerings
• Request data deletion by contacting us
• Complying with applicable laws and taxes

Player 3 is not liable for disputes between users and creators.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or any behavior that undermines the safety or integrity of the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
